tesla ping pong effect 12.6.X HW3 I’ve seen mention of this problem where the steering wheel wobbles right and left about once every second.

Replacing only 1–3 tires on a Tesla can create mismatched wheel speeds, leading to FSD systems interpreting the difference as drift, causing the steering wheel to wobble laterally as it over-corrects about once per second, a phenomenon known as the ping pong effect. Using mixed tire brands or models can further exacerbate this issue, as differences in rolling resistance can trigger lateral wobble on autopilot. Additionally, not using tires rated for electric vehicles, such as those with an XL rating, can impact handling due to the absence of necessary features designed for the weight and torque of a Tesla.

Have you changed any tires on this Tesla since the ping pong effect started?
